Bio
Karlene Sanchez was on the fall 2020 public relations team for the Glen M. Broom Center for Professional Development in Public Relations. She graduated with a degree in public relations from the School of Journalism & Media Studies at San Diego State University in fall 2020.
During her time at SDSU, Karlene was a public relations director of Delta Alpha Pi International Honor Society and a podcast host at KCR College Radio. Karlene was also an opinion staff writer for The Daily Aztec.
In 2019, Karlene spent a summer studying abroad in Seville, Spain and experiencing medieval Spain through culture and history. After graduation, Karlene will pursue a career in the health and wellness industry.
