A telecommunications lawyer and consultant, Eger has experience at the FCC and The White House Office of Telecommunications Policy. He has served global corporations ands governments on strategic planning and develop.

Barbara Mueller

Primary focus is international advertising and the role that culture plays in global communications. Other areas include marketing to children, and healthcare advertising.

Michael Russo

Worked in broadcasting in San Diego since 1985. Sixteen of those years were spent as a news reporter in radio at KFMB & KSDO (now KOGO) and in television at NBC 7/39. Currently employed by the County of San Diego in the Media/PR Department. Teaches Journalism 470, a senior-level broadcast news writing course.

Dr. Sha is an expert in public relations research and strategy and in the use of communication theory and research results to design public education campaigns. Previously, she was a public affairs officer for the U.S. Census Bureau.
