Come learn about the Learning Design & Technology program offered at SDSU! We offer a master's degree as well as a minor open to all SDSU undergrads. Hear from LDT alumni who are technology transformers and trailblazers in health care, energy, high tech, K12, and higher education.

Welcome Reception
Join Learning Design & Technology in Liberty Station for the launch of the Fall Symposium! Current students, community partners and alums are all welcome! Join us from 5-7 p.m. for a no-host reception. When you complete the RSVP form, you'll find the specific location details listed there.
Here's the Friday schedule:
  • 5:00 to 5:30 pm: Welcome
  • 5:30 to 7:00 pm: Reception mix and mingle

Information Sessions and Social
We will start the day off at San Diego State University in the Professional Studies and Fine arts building. Panels will focus on career paths for the LDT graduate; new technologies, strategies, and techniques; emerging trends in mobile learning; evaluation and analytics; and so much more! There is no cost to attend the workshops, but please RSVP in advance so we can set up enough seats!

Please park in Parking Structure 12 on levels 1-2. We will be meeting on the third floor of the PSFA building in room 325.

Here's the Saturday Schedule:
  • 9:00 to 9:45 (newly admitted & prospective students): Welcome and advising
  • 10:00 to noon (prospective and current students, alums): Panels (multiple topics/multiple rounds) -- focused on career paths for the LDT graduate; new technologies, strategies, and techniques; emerging trends in mobile learning; evaluation and analytics; and so much more!
  • Noon to 1 pm: Lunch on your own
  • 1:00 to 3:00: More panels
  • 3:00 to 3:30 pm (prospective and current students, alums): Closing remarks
  • 5:00 to 8:30 pm (prospective and current students, alums -- bring the family): social at the Dodge's house
