K. Tim Wulfemeyer is a professor in the School of Journalism & Media Studies at San Diego State University. He has degrees from Fullerton College, San Diego State University, Iowa State University and UCLA. He has taught at Iowa State University, New Mexico State University and the University of Hawaii. He has worked as a radio and television journalist in California, Iowa, Texas, New Mexico and Hawaii. His research interests include the content of radio and television newscasts, ethics in journalism, sports journalism and advertising aimed at children. He is the author or co-author of five books, five book chapters, 35 journal articles and 45 conference research papers.
